My mom (RH-) was born two children - after the first birth got immunoglobulin and that was enough. The second pregnancy was on this account under special due date supervision, due date but nothing terrible has happened (and that was over 30 years ago:-)). In Poland, all the time given immuno after the first birth, and not during pregnancy, but in the UK may have other rules ...
